Backyard Gardening
*I wish this was my garden, but it is not. Although my garden is growing great with pickle cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, regular cucumbers, canteloupe, basil, cilantro, lavender, parsley, and dill*

Making Homemade Popsicles
*We like to go the easy route and put lemonade or fruit juice in the molds, then put in the freezer to harden up. Sometimes we make smoothie pops with vanilla yogurt, bit of orange juice, either strawberries, bananas, or both, and ice. We blend it then pour into the molds and put into freezer to harden.*

Hope you are enjoying your summer so far.
I've never collected beach glass- can you do that at our beach?

For Sure! When I first moved here 9 years ago there was a ton at Kemil Beach. Then I found that every year the beach glass seemed to be more frequent at other beaches like Beverl Shores and Porter Beach (those are the only beaches I go to around here). It is definantly hit or miss now and you need to scour the beach sometimes, but I find at least one peice everytime we go. I have also heard that New Buffalo has a lot of beach glass. Happy finding!
